Return And Refund Policy
EEMOS endeavours to serve its client to offer the best experience. We return and refund with ease.
- The goods once delivered can be returned within 4 days from the delivery date.
- All returned items must be accompanied by an original bill, receipt, product return number (provided by our customer care)
- Goods to be returned must be in sealed, unopened condition, due to hygiene purpose products with seal broken will not be accepted for return
- EEMOS is not responsible for damage of goods after delivery. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be reported to customer service on the delivery date.

- Refund process will be initiated after a check by EEMOS of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of return policy are adhered.
- Refund shall be subjected to deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Refund will be processed and completed within 15 working days, from the date of acceptance of return/refund.
- In case of refund for Cash on Delivery order it can be processed through bank transfer as per bank details provided by client or can be credited to the customer’s EEMOS.
- Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 15 working days. The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the card holder.
